Out of Milk - Shopping List App Reviews

I like the concept and the structure of the app but it needs work. PANTRY LIST - Love that I can scan most brand named items. However, when entering items in "manual" mode with details, I end up with two entries for the same item. One with the correct item price and the other with an absurd price per unit (xUNIT@x$,$$$.$$). The app is also lacking a "help" or "info" button which might be something to think about. *iPhone 5c running iOS 10.01

We used to use this app quite often as it used to be good but it is getting progressively worse. Sync is extremely slow or doesnt work, sign in same thing, buggy UI, you can add items and then they disappear. For the longest time it would cause a huge battery drain. A good example of an app that was once excellent but is now poorly maintained. Look elsewhere.

Its 2017, please stop using iOS design language from 2004.

Im going to look for a new app for my lists. I dont milk forces you to use categories in the only way to delete them this is awkward. Plus it doesnt sync had to sync every list. Im not happy I got to go elsewhere

This app used to be great for my wife and I to have the same shopping list. Now I spend more time trying to sync the lists then actually using it. The app support provides no tips or help to solve the problem. App is deleted.

I just installed the app. I cant even navigate through it because it totally freezes.

I loved this app until I downloaded the latest update. Now I get a nag screen about registering an account every time I do anything in the app. I dont want to sync or share my shopping list. I should have a choice about registering. If this nag screen isnt removed, Ill be looking for a new app instead of upgrading.

Loved this app until this latest update- I am not interested in registering but am constantly harassed to register. Very frustrating. Please get rid of this feature!

I really like using the app, however could you a project list, then have items to buy and things to do under that topic. Such as Clean out garage. Also dates for when to be completed and even perhaps a link to outlook.

I loved this app and used it all the time. The latest update will not stop nagging you to register to sync with others or Facebook friends. I refuse to do that and I will switch to another app to avoid it. Too bad, as I really liked it.

I have used this app for a while and I love it as I have everything I typically buy listed. But sometimes I would like to be able to see only items that I currently need and hide the rest. Somethings I can turn off and on. I hate the constant request to register. Why? I dont have any reason to share it. Like other users, I will switch to another app if I cannot turn this off.

I too am tired of having to refuse to register, the answer is NO! Please fix this! I would also like to be able to take a picture of an item on my shopping list and be able to see it without leaving the app.

Used for a while and was fantastic but now has stopped syncing with shared lists and cannot contact company to fix. Needs fix for syncing to other profiles asap!

I had been using it without registering because I didnt want or need the bells and whistles. It popped up with register screen each time I went in so I finally relented and registered. So what does it do? It deletes all my lists! Instead of trying to rebuild, Ill go back to my original method of the white board and paper list. Stupid developers!

Ive had Out of Milk for multiple years and found it good for multiple shopping lists. But now an annoying register pop-up appears multiple times each session. Sorry - deleting your app. Theres plenty out there to choose from without annoyances.

Ive used this app for years, but Ill be looking for a replacement. Recently, the makers installed a constant pop up to register. At one point I finally gave in because it gets in the way of my list-making. When I click the button to sign up with Google, it doesnt even respond! I refuse to register because your options arent working correctly. Bye, bye Out of Milk.

No seriously, stop asking me to register - I just want to check my grocery list.

I was okay with this app for a while, now it wants me to register. I dont want to register I just want a quick way to access my lists. As soon as can get all of the info off of my list I am deleting this app. Why cant companies make something that you dont have to sign up for all the time. Just give a simple categorized list and let me do my shopping!

By far my favorite grocery list app. So simple and I can arrange my categories to go with the aisles at my grocery store. So when I add my items each time it goes in order by aisle. My grocery list knows my grocery store better than I do.

I really like this app but I always have a problem tapping the item to edit or delete. Sometimes tapping works and sometimes I have to tap it several times to get the edit/delete menu to open.
